// The Brief

111 Lots.
One Audience Problem.

Isivuno Auctions Afrika engaged NTelechy to design, produce and manage the full digital marketing operation for a public online timed auction disposing of 111 lots of Rand Water's heavy fleet, yellow plant, buses and equipment.

A timed online auction reaching 117 vetted buyers across five provinces does not happen organically. It requires a deliberate digital infrastructure — the right creative, the right targeting, and the right production quality to convince a serious buyer to register, deposit, and compete remotely for plant they have never physically touched.

NTelechy's mandate covered creative direction, collateral design, drone and ad video production, social media management across five platforms, and paid distribution.

// Ad Video

Drone footage scripted into a 30-second paid ad.

NTelechy scripted, directed and edited 15-second and 30-second cuts — formatted for Facebook feed, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube pre-roll. Four formats from one production brief.

Each photographed asset was assigned its lot number across all collateral — poster, buyers guide and carousel. Giving a remote buyer in Cape Town a reason to register before viewing day.

Collateral designed
to close the trust gap.

Social Media Carousel — Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp

Newspaper Ad — Print & Digital

All collateral produced in full CPA Section 45 and FICA compliance — statutory disclosures built into the design, not added after production.

A buyer who receives a professionally formatted piece of collateral with explicit trust account details and reserve bidding rights is receiving evidence that this auction is governed — and that their deposit is protected.

“The R4.78 million premium above reserve was not created by the assets. It was created by the audience. Our job was to put the right buyers in the room — digitally — before the first lot closed.”
